At Hedge End Fireplaces , all installations are only carried out by our own ‘in house’ engineers. We do not out source installation work! When you book the installation we give you a time, and date, and a named member of our specialist team!
So, you have purchased your product, and it has been installed, but the service still does not stop there!  Why….well for gas fires we provide you with a 24 hour emergency advice line for gas leaks! Then, after 12 months from the date of purchase we will contact you to arrange your 1st Annual service which is FREE! Alternatively we will give you a FREE British Gas carbon monoxide tester.  Finally ,to give you complete peace of mind, because you are a valued customer ,we are always available at the end of a phone, or in the showroom should you wish to discuss any issue ,however small.
